President Prabowo and Singapore's Foreign Minister's Meet in Hambalang
Cabinet Secretary, Teddy Indra Wijaya, in his written statement said that the meeting was a follow-up to the request of the Singaporean Foreign Minister who arrived in Indonesia yesterday (27/10).
Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto accepted a meeting request from Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan at his residence in Hambalang, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The meeting took place on Wednesday afternoon, October 28, 2026.
Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, in a written statement, stated that the meeting was a follow-up to a request from the Singaporean Foreign Minister, who arrived in Indonesia yesterday (October 27). He stated that Foreign Minister Vivian requested time to meet directly with President Prabowo.
"Foreign Minister Vivian and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Singapore are known to have suddenly arrived in Jakarta since Tuesday morning and sent a request to meet with the Head of State," he wrote.
President Prabowo then accepted the request and held a closed meeting with Minister Vivian.
